Theaflavin is extracted compound from black tea, the dimmer (polymer) of the flavanols,which is a kind of phenol’s compounds with large aromatic ring. Therefore it has a high active ingredients and very obvious efficacy of medical treatment. Experiments prove, the ability of anti-oxidant is 20 times higher than the tea polyphenols.Theaflavin is regarded as “Gold of Tea” and it is now widely used for medicine,healthy food, beverage and cosmetics.
