L16. Licorice Extract Sweeter R19

Licorice Extract Sweeter R19 is a natural licorice extract, which is the main component of licorice. No impurities, it is about 50 to 100 times the sweetness of sugar,low calorie, safe, non-toxic and persistent good sweetness, and with a unique taste of licorice, remains in the mouth sweet feeling. Mix with citrus glucoside, sodium citrate aftertaste fit together to make a considerable improvement, and with the sweetener sucrose,fructose, glucose, maltose, glycine used in conjunction with a synergistic effect.

Applications

For Food industries: candied fruit candy, nuts, soy sauce, spices and other pickled products.

1. Applied in soy sauce, as flavor, serve to optimize the product’s effect sweetened.

2. Anti-corruption, mildew, anti-settling, color and other effects.

3. Used in pickled products has increased its sweetness, suppression stench role,

and also avoid the sour sugar caused in the curing process, discoloration, hardening 

and other defects.

Recommended  volumes of usage

0.1%~0.2% can be stably used between pH value 3.5~8.0
